Kindred is a boutique design studio based in Brooklyn, known for their heartfelt storytelling and slow-crafted creative work. They needed a website that didn’t just look beautiful — it had to feel like them. Something calm. Something considered.

The Challenge

Their previous website felt templated and generic — a mismatch for a studio that prides itself on intentionality. They needed a new digital home that balanced minimalism with character, and guided users with soft, purposeful motion.

The Solution

We designed a fully custom site that feels personal, grounded, and editorial. The experience is airy, quiet, and thoughtful — with a subtle rhythm in the scroll. It reflects the way Kindred works: slow, honest, human-first.

Outcome

The redesign helped Kindred attract more aligned clients and express who they are without overselling. Time-on-site doubled, and they received direct praise from collaborators who felt “at home” on the site.
